Mailscan service
Mailscan is a fully managed, fault tolerant, and cost-effective mail service that provides your organization with a high level of protection against viruses and spam. The MailScan service is intended for organizations with their own mail server. If you need a complete outsourced mail server solution, we offer standard IMAP/POP email, as well as next-generation Zimbra email and collaboration.

When using the Mailscan service, your email is received by our network of mail servers and carefully checked for spam, viruses and other possible issues. Once cleared, the message is passed to your own mail server for delivery to your users. The virus scanning process is seamless and has no discernable impact on mail delivery times.

How do I get my mail?Mail is automatically forwarded to your server, or collected by ETRN, making it ideal for offices without permanent Internet connectivity or running on broadband connections. It is compatible with all major mail servers such as Microsoft Exchange, Lotus, or Imail, and we provide full usage statistics to keep your administrators informed of the traffic being received, and the viruses identified.
